This website, book.human.ai, is operated by Human Ventures on behalf of the authors of Human Dot AI. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it through a form on this site:

• Bulk-order notifications. Your email address, and optionally your name, organization, and approximate quantity, so we can let you know when bulk orders become available.
• Speaking enquiries. Your name, email address, organization, title, event location and date, and the details of your request, so we can respond to it.

We do not ask for payment details. Purchases are completed on the retailer sites we link to.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, to notify you about bulk-order availability if you asked us to, and to keep an internal record of enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be notified.

How it is stored and shared

Form submissions are handled by service providers acting on our behalf:

• Resend delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Google Workspace stores bulk-order notification requests in a spreadsheet accessible only to our team.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes form submissions. Its server logs may briefly record request details for security and debugging.

These providers may process your information outside your country of residence. We share information with them only as needed to operate the site, and otherwise disclose it only if required by law.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as page views, referring sites, and general location by country. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Links to other sites

The site links to retailers, publications, and video platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Retention

We keep enquiry and notification information for as long as needed to fulfil your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you about bulk orders, by replying to any email you receive from us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law, which we will honour.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
